This release introduces additional optimizations when recovering voluminous archives (in terms of the number of files) and fixes two bugfixes which could occur when merging archives.
This new version includes SFTP storage and a new intermediate transactions implementation that allows you to resume a backup that has been accidentally or intentionally aborted.
The metadata of big files (over 2 GB) are now properly handled. More control has been added to file path naming conventions on Windows. A bug that could occur when recovering single files in "delta" mode has been fixed. Configuration storage has been refactored and simplified. The "Check" and "Merge" features have been improved. The "Configuration import" window was improved. "Search" feature enhancements were made. Minor user interface enhancements were made. This version includes major modifications of Areca's backup configuration format.
