Supplied scenarios in S3_1 were last saved before d3f and setting version number to 3.1. So they don't show as "3.1" format ones in the clients, but "3.0+"

Not sure if we would want to refresh them with alpha5, so they would show correctly on beta1 already, or wait until beta1 is out and refresh them with it, so they would not have an "alpha" version number. (while "beta" isn't "stable", it at least indicates d3f)

We have enough things that really need to be done before beta1, so let leave potentially counter productive ones out.
