dai_manage_tech() checks if the AI player has any human team members, not if it shares a pooled research with a human player.

Also S2_6 version, as the bug is affecting AI quite heavily on some setups and the fix is low risk.

Teamed, but not shared research. Then AI does not choose the tech to research (but just gets what ever gets started by default)
