I am playing version 3.0.91 and am unable to initiate a meet with an ai player so the game is not really playable as once the ai declares war there is no way to call a cease fire. Playing on Linux ubuntu mate

Can you give more accurate version information? Git commit hash, or at least the fourth part of the version number.
