Seen on S3_0 gtk3.22-client: One can start observing a dead player in the pregame. When one clicks "Start", client crashes. Server apparently starts the game.
Note that if one takes full control over a dead player, server refuses the "Start" (from a dead player)
I couldn't reproduce the exact problem I had earlier, but the attached patches fix general bug of dead players messing when the game is allowed to start.
