It's sometimes desirable to change bullet point character used in helptext.c. Make a macro out of it so there's just one place that one needs to touch, instead of each and every entry separately. This also makes translations to work even when bullet point character has been changed, as the strings remain identical (they have "%s" regardless of what the actual bullet point character is)
