Some development threads on S3_0, after 3.0.7, towards 3.0.8. (Milestone: https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/milestone/4033 )
- Rework on Windows Installers
- Improvements to metainfo and flatpaks
- Ongoing handling of clang analyzer warnings (we're already down to 72, when 3.0.8 cycle begins)
- Fixing integer overflows (thanks to alain_bkr for his work on detecting these)
- "unused entry" -warnings from various datafiles, especially from savegames (there's no longer known cases outside savegame loading)
- Clearing backlog from misc tickets

- Frequent assert failure (on autogames) because of bad bookkeeping of paid shield upkeep. Regression since 3.0.7 in a sense that AI didn't trigger this in 3.0.7: #47938 (done)
- Build failure with clang on Suse Leap, regression since 3.0.7: #47957 (done)
- String erroneously collected for translation, regressions since 3.0.7: #48056 (done)
