Attached patch changes "dependant" to "dependent" where ever used as adjective. Decided not to touch nouns.

Not sure about this one, but I think we should be using 'dependent' instead of 'dependant' as being more in line with the policy of internal language being en_US.
One translatable string would be affected by the change (on master, didn't check other branches)
