Ticket details:
fcdb-odbc support was added primarily for Windows, but we should make it to build on other platforms too. Luasql upstream has a commit, added since latest release, that's supposed to fix the build in Linux/Mac. There's also number of warnings, but those (-> build with --enable-debug) is better left to another ticket.
