Ticket details:
Currently we have no indicator on map canvas of which tile is the infratile to which we're about to place extra. Add such an indicator.
Initial implementation can just make all the supplied tilesets to use user.attention also for this (but with a new tag name). Future tickets will be opened about the need of new graphics.
