COINS compiler infrastructure provides modulalized compiler components such as C front-end, Fortran front-end, optimizers, parallelizers, and back-ends for Intel x86, Sparc, Arm, Mips, etc. so that compiler developers can easily construct their own compiler.
Extended register promotion was added.
Bugs of HIR optimization and HIR-to-C were removed.
