 WAMP软件(windows apache mysql php)发送邮件需要依赖于一个小型工具程序sendmail.exe。
 此程序用delphi写的，作者不想更新了。
 
 The sending mail feature of WAMP software (windows apache mysql php) 
 depends on a small utility named sendmail.exe.
 This utility is written with Delphi, the author does not want to update.
