Univalent Versatile Environment

In release 22.12.x, we replaced the L3afpad (l3afpad) with the GNOME Text Editor (gnome-text-editor), which was premature because it would cause rendering problems (for example, parts of other windows would turn black when the text editor is closed), such as in the LXQt version.

Therefore, from release 23.01, we will change to l3afpad-budlabs, L3afpad with the latest functions. Please use that package from now on.
