Tera Term version is 4.85.
Do you want to connect to "localhost" or "127.0.0.1"?
To project members:
cf. CVTWindow::OnDuplicateSession()
接続中のセッションがCygwinかどうかを確実に判定する方法はあるでしょうか?
Thank you for paying attention to this ticket.
destination is localhost. In my pc, VM(VirtualBox) and NAT service are running and I connect to GuestOS by port forward of NAT.

I hope that the user can choose behavior of Alt+D key.
「cygterm.cfg の PORT_START/PORT_RANGE の範囲内なら」という条件はどうでしょうか。
Fixed this problem. Please check this snapshot.
Problem: cygterm.exe starts instead of ttermpro.exe by Alt+D(Duplicate session) key. 1) start ttermpro.exe 2) [New connection] - Host hostname:22 <<= Port is designated after the host name. - Service SSH 3) click a [OK] button. ===> Connection success 4) Alt+D or [File]->[Duplicate session] ===> cygterm.exe starts each time instead of ttermpro.exe. I'm thinking the behavior ttermpro.exe starts is right. I connect to VM of a local machine using NAT. I'm happy if this behavior is improved. Addition: When connecting to telnet port(23), Alt+D is expected behavior. eg.) [New connection] - Host hostname:23 <<= - Service SSH
