teaOS

Today I have finished the majority of making the core repository, meaning we are closer to the first non-beta release of teaOS. It will use it's own core repo, however everything else will be using the Artix Linux repos.

teaOS will also now become a semi-rolling release distro. All 3rd-party apps (the ones in the Artix repos) will be rolling, but the system apps (The ones I have to maintain) will be semi.
