今リリースの変更は次の通り。 
* additional supported platform: i386-mswin32
* dependency injection pattern for organization of application
* reimplementing ControlPanel components (to be continued)
* fixed a bug. the bug is that `localhost only' flag might not
  become effective automatically with empty password of
  administrator of control panel.
