This release improves CLI and scripting usage, updating archiving and extraction switches, and introduces (peazip)/res/batch folder which contains sample scripts and system integration files (SendTo and freedesktop_integration folders are moved here).

The archive manager can now (optionally) display compression/encryption method, and modified, created, accessed times for each item in archive, and to display number of items contained in each folder.

It is now possible to chose to keep extracted files even in case errors occurred during the extraction.

Working with spanned files was improved (split and merge).

Smart extraction is now available as default action to take at program's startup, alongside already available Open (default), Open as archive, Extract, and Extract here.

This release try to improve user experience on Linux systems, updating installers, improving the automatic configuration of applications for "open with" actions, and displaying more system's paths in the file manager.

Backend were updated to Brotli 1.0.9 (Linux).

A total of 225 file extensions can now be managed by PeaZip, with addition of .apkm, .apks, and .aab Android package formats, and of Lzip .lz (on Linux versions only).

PeaZip is a file manager and archive manager utility (compress and decompress files, edit existing archives, backup data), focused on security and data protection, Free Software replacement for WinRar, WinZip, and similar applications.

Create (compress to) 7Z, Brotli, BZip2, GZip, PAQ, PEA, RAR (if Rar.exe is available), TAR, WIM, XZ (LZMA2), ZIP, Zstandard files, SFX self-extracting archives, and spanned archives (001 split files)

Open, browse, decompress/extract RAR / RAR5, ACE, APPX, APK, ARJ, CAB, DMG, IPA, ISO, JAR, LHA, MSI, UDF, ZIPX files and more...

Built-in archive conversion: convert or consolidate existing archives, from any read-supported to any write-supported type, e.g .rar to .zip or .7z conversion; repair FreeArc .arc archive format.

The program provides strong encryption with optional two factor authentication (encrypt with password and keyfile), encrypted password manager, random password / keyfile generation, secure data deletion (files, folders, free disk space), hashing and checksum functions.

Released as LGPLv3 software for Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista/7/8/10, 32 and 64 bit; ReactOS and Wine), GNU/Linux, and BSD systems - third party Linux for ARM packages are available.
