Bugfixes were made to audio input device handling
and the GTK preferences dialog.

This release includes sound support. It allows a user to hook up a microphone to the computer and capture audio along with video. Audio input from stdin is also supported.

A GTK2 GUI was added. A --nogui option was added.
The --cap_size option was changed to
--cap_geometry to allow for positioning of the
selection frame. The code was reorganised to allow
for easy addition of other frontends.

Support for capturing mouse pointer movement
through a pseudo mouse pointer in the video was
added.
