Support for dissection of Ogg format volumes. Code cleanup and removal of the dependency on rawrec/rawplay.

It is now possible to instruct the program to play for a certain amount of time, then drop back into the previous mode. This is useful for giving decent sounding songs a longer listen before automaticly reverting to browse mode. Multiple chunks can now be exported into a single file, and many bugfixes were made.

Tilde expansion and better parsing of chunk names and quoted arguments in general, a fix for a broken command line option for default output mode, and some commands can be repeated just by hitting enter, a la GNU debugger.

Multiple semicolon seperated commands on a single command line make it easier to nudge the head then make a mark or stop, and minor bugfixes and improvements in command parsing.

A new option to let you associate a time of day with the beginning of a volume so you can jump to times of day as well as second offsets, flac export works if you have the flac encoder, a new ability for the ff, rw, jump, and browse commands to take arguments containing some units (e.g., f 1h2m10), and minor bugfixes.
