A new command "set" has been implemented. A bug which would cause a
"cannot allocate memory" error has been fixed. The interrupt signal is
no longer ignored.
gcc 2.95 is required for building. Some highlight and substitution bugs were
fixed. Examples for "make" were added, and the "syslog" rules were improved.
This release cleans up the code to reduce unnecessary memory
allocations, adds new example rules for diff, improves logwatcher,
rewrites cacheline in C, and adds other small fixes.
