This release simplifies usage in small workgroups by adding a config option to use user IDs in lieu of e-mail addresses. It also prevents users from performing some actions that don't make sense and adds an option to disallow users from editing their own e-mail/user IDs.

contact access page, and includes PHP 5.0 support.
