New capabilities were added, notably transaction processing hints and latency tolerance. PCIe Gen 3 speeds and link status fields are now decoded. Names exceeding the buffers' sizes are now truncated. Various minor bugfixes were made.
More capabilities are now decoded, namely Virtual Channel (except arbitration tables), Root Complex Link, Vendor-Specific (header only), and SATA HBA. All extended capabilities have their version displayed (with verbose option "-vv" or higher).
Unaligned access errors when scanning extended capabilities on broken hardware are now avoided by masking the reserved bits. Large bar sizes are now displayed in human-readable format with units. The display of physical slot information was fixed for multi-function cards. Other minor fixes were made.
A memory leak and a file descriptor leak in the dump back-end were eliminated. The SR-IOV capability decoder now prints the VF BARs. A copy of the GPL is now included.
