Paralogger

Color hex values in the config file starting with a hash mark were treated as comments.

Paracal processes were hanging around after running paralogger. Messages about Eterm 0.9.2 being unsupported have been fixed.

A fix for reported problems about being unable to calibrate (when calibrating and launching Eterm, paralogger forces name AND title to "paracal-$$"), Makefile installs the docs, and cleanups to the .spec file.

It now makes use of the -q option if used with the latest CVS version of Eterm 0.9.1 so that the Eterm(s) refuses to take keyboard input.

Ability to make use of colortail with the -color option and use a different colortail configuration for each log file which can be specified in the file /etc/colortail.map, better control over verbose output, completion of the command line parser which now uses getopt, all command line options are the same as Eterm's options, a huge manpage update, automatic saving or loading of a configuration file,
ability to be used with various versions of Eterm without any intervention from the user, and misc. other bugfixes and cleanups.
