Minor bugfixes
The --with-pam, --with-pam-includes, and
--with-pam-libs options were added to allow you to
use an arbitrary PAM implementation installed
anywhere. A bug was fixed in the -I option in
which the name of the item was wrongly given to
pam_set_item() instead of the value.
Support for platforms like Solaris which don't
provide the pam_misc convenience library was
added. A segfault that occurred when the
initialization of the PAM facility failed was
fixed.
