Many important and useful new features and improvements were added. Drag and drop can be done for any existing JSP in ADE. You can now drag and drop directly from galleries. The "Break Up" option for Group Containers was added. XSD path translation was added. Many more features were added.

This version is a maintenance release that fixes a number of issues that persisted in the 7.5.3 version. Some new features have been added as well. This version fixes several security issues, concerning cross site scripting (XSS), and offers improved stability when working with Internet Explorer and Oracle database.

This release contains many enhancements and improvements. New features include the content relationship engine (CRE), which provides full internal link management. Full WebDAV access to the content repository is now possible. Users and Groups can now be managed in "Organizational Units" (OUs). AJAX technology is used to make the Workplace more responsive.

Improvements were made to support moving grids and
AMR. Changes were made to support parallel
computations. Higher-order accurate operators were
added. Improvements were made to the multigrid
solver, Ogmg. Improvements were made to OverBlown
for treating reacting flows and multicomponent
flows.

“Direct editing” of content from the Web site. An improved HTML user interface. New content types can easily be defined by an XML schema. Support for managing multiple Web sites in one installation. Integrated full text search (also in MS Office and PDF documents). An extensive user permission system with access control lists. Optional generation of static HTML pages. Modules for news, jobs, FAQ, and events. A generator for email forms. Support for multiple languages and Unicode.
