This release supports bookmarks and a new "Launch URL" tool. Bookmarks
act as would be expected, while the Launch URL tool creates a URL which
can be relayed to other users. Clicking on the URL will launch a new
instance of OLIVER at the same extent and with the same layers as the
original instance.
Minor bugfixes, but a major internal rearchitecture. A ZIP code is no longer require for geocoding, and there is now support for cross-street geocoding. The ability to zoom to a specific scale by double-clicking (or right-clicking) on the scale-bar has been added. Many new extensibility points are included in the codebase. The ability to create "custom" viewers by picking and choosing tools/features from the base viewer is now implemented in a basic manner.
