This release mainly includes obdsim changes: new generators, improved documentation and reliability, and bugfixes. An official Windows port is now available. Many more AT commands are supported. The logger module can now guess supported PIDs. There was some work on multiple ECUs and error codes.
Baudrate is now easily configurable. Hotplug improvements and documentation were added. A new tool was added for using FTDI OBDII devices in the absence of the ftdi_sio kernel module.
This release added an option to change logged PIDs using the command line or config file, improved CSV output controls, support for WiFi devices, database performance tweaks, and a new tool for working on the log files.
The OBDII Simulator was added, which uses plugins to generate data. The sim can be used with any OBDII tool (not just obdgpslogger), or to proxy data from older vehicles into OBDII software.
