dvd-slideshow

This release includes support for mjpegtools
versions 1.6.3 or later. The pixel aspect ratio
was corrected. Many more small changes were made.

Log file output has been added to dvd-slideshow.log. Updated documentation and examples. Background color can now take an #RRGGBB value. A nicer progress indicator. AC3 audio is now the default. Pass -mp2 to force MP2 audio. Autocrop works on background images. Code has been added to check for all temporary fade_xxxx.ppm images before proceeding to encode mpeg video. Fadein or crossfade to a scroll effect works correctly now. dvd-menu: a -nomenu option if you do not want to create a menu. dir2slideshow reads .jpg, .JPG, .jpeg, .png, .PNG, files.

The major improvements in this version are related to the
keywords available for the crop and Ken Burns effects. Easy
to use keywords like "crop 50% of the top right corner of the
image" can now be used. There are lots of bugfixes and
other small features as well.

This release fixes a major bug/error which occurred when generating long
slideshows. It adds an option to generate AC3 audio files (requires
ffmpeg > 0.4.8). It allows slide durations to be specified in hundreths
of a second, like "5.23". It reports the total audio and video lengths
at the beginning of the code. It changes the output files to use the
.vob extension instead of .mpg, and adds other small bugfixes.

This version included an option to redefine the
background image from a text file and support for two
audio tracks. Fade in and fade out audio effects were
implemented. A new dir2slideshow script that creates
a dvd-slideshow input file from a directory of pictures
was added, and the man pages for dir2slideshow,
gallery2slideshow, and jigl2slideshow were updated.
