Servers are now configured using a human-readable configuration file rather than command-line options. Both client- and server-side server selection was implemented. Preliminary support for prefix delegation was added.
This release will survive interfaces going up or down or being dynamically created or deleted, which makes it easier to integrate with VPNs. It has the ability to run as a daemon, which simplifies the writing of init scripts.
