Since #42458 we use AM_V_P in Qt meta object source generation. The problem is that it was only introduced by automake 1.12.2 while in S2_6 we officially support versions down to 1.10. Our official Windows building environment, msys1, has automake-1.11.1 meaning that those builds are now broken.
In later branches we have minimum automake requirement of 1.13, so those are safe.
Reverting #42458 from S2_6 seems like the solution to go by.
