Position settings - can only adjust by 10 pixels

The position settings like "MovieX(Both)", "Drum > JudgeLine", etc. can only be adjusted by 10 pixels with the cursor keys.
But some of them have values like 942 (Drum JudgeLine), when changing it up to the maximum 1080 and going back, I cannot set it to 942 again.
So just messing around with the setting becomes an irreversible error.

Maybe make it so that with CTRL + Cursor keys it moves only by 1 pixel?
Or make it move 1 pixel by default, and Shift + cursor keys moves it 10 pixels?
(If added, this should be added to the description, I think)

Maybe there needs to be a reset function for the position settings?
Also, maybe a good idea to add the default value to the description?
