nougat-x86 : Ping not working with Static IP

Compiled nougat-x86 and also checked in the official release"Android-x86 7.1-rc1 (Nougat-x86) (2017/06/08) http://www.android-x86.org/releases/releasenote-7-1-rc1". If I we give Static IP to Eth0,it is unable to ping even within the network.but it works with -I option .eg. ping -I eth0 192.168.1.1 . This Issue also occurs when when I manually run dhcptool to assign IP to any interface.

It seems that when the system itself runs dhcp and assigns IP it pings,and When I do It doenst pings without -I option. It is a userdebug build.
